Yes, it’s come to that time, once again. My site has received a brand-new makeover, and my freelance Web development business now has some branding attached to it.

This redesign came about by a need to better establish myself both on the Web (chrisvoll.com) and off (business cards, etc.). I wanted something that would revolve more around my portfolio than my seldom-updated journal, because I wanted potential clients to focus more on my past work rather than judge me based mainly on my writing.
On the old site, the portfolio part was barely even noticeable, living in a small, imperceptible link at the top of the page. And even if someone clicked it, it was all but empty anyway. With these new changes, hopefully I can attract new clients and continue to build my portfolio.
I also now have a LinkedIn profile, for those who are interested.
